Ternawtheri Family Farm - Acrylic, Markers, Ink2024

This piece is inspired by the many generations that were able to cultivate food, land and love across generations.  It is a space that has been under attack by colonial, imperialistic structures because of the power it holds.  Because multigenerational learning feeds our souls and broods confidence to be human, and to advocate for being human.  'Heirloom' and 'Ternawtheri Family Farm' are pieces that attempt to show resistance through intergenerational connection to land and food.
